The Gloves Came Off

I was debating the abortion issue on the Nuge board (Ted Nugent for those who might be too young or unaware) and this last one got me fired up plenty. Time to crash out, but I thought I'd share it with y'all anyway.

This is what one person said:

Ending abortion on all levels is not what I'm saying...abortion is needed in some circumstances.

Doing something...I did...never believed in killing my first born when we had a chance to abort, and a second time, then a third time.

Abortion is murder to whom? An Atheist, Catholic, Baptist, Protestant...etc...we live in a society where Religion don't make any differance to have it done. My choice is no abortions if it’s an inconvenience to people that have unprotected sex and nature takes over.

Ending abortion 100% is killing some victims of rape! I can't live with that knowing I could kill an innocent victim.

And here is how I responded:

There is not one person I have ever debated abortion with that can say whenever they see a pregnant woman they think "hey, she's going to have a fetus or embryo". Or how about, "when is your frog going to be born". Maybe "she has such a warm glow because she's pregnant with that Zygote".

It's unbelieveable how many "MEN" defend a woman's right to kill her child in a so-called emergency situation, which perhaps number in the dozen per year, and you are willing to allow 1.3 million others to be killed out of convenience.

MEN? Cowards I say.

Yep, it's late & I'm punchy, but that doesn't make me wrong.

You men out there are supposed to protect women and their children, not turn your heads from the killing of over 1.3 million a year.

Go ahead, call me an idiot, a religious zealot and anything else you want. At least you can't call me a coward!
